Where?
Launceston Christian School

Develop musicianship by playing as part of a band

Is much experience required?
Whilst some experience singing or playing an instrument is recommended, it is not always a requirement, depending on the instrument, role or potential of the student. I have worked, for example, with many singers who had no experience, guitarists who were recently starting out on their instrument, or bass players who had only every played acoustic guitar.
Is there an audition process?
Applicants will experience an informal audition and conversation to discuss their aspirations, share some musical ability, and see if V1 is the right fit for them.
Cost?
$25 per 1-hour session, invoiced at the start of each term. This includes time and opportunities to perform at community events.
How many events?
Students will play at an average of two events per term.
